Q: Which countries do you ship to?
We ship internationally to most countries in the world that work with shopify. All our packages come from the United States.
Q: How soon will my order ship?
We usually ship orders within 3 to 5 business days
For presale / preorder items - please be aware it will take an extra 6-8 weeks for production time
Q: How much is shipping?
Within the United States, it will usually be around $3. Shipping is calculated during the checkout process and is based on quantity and total weight of pins you ordered as well as your location within the US.
International shipping may cost $11 and up depending on what country you are from.
Q: What shipping service do you use?
We ship using USPS First Class Mail. Estimated transit times are around 2-5 business days within the US.
For international the cheapest option we currently have is USPS, transit time can vary depending on which country you live in. Generally international shipping will take two weeks or more, depending on country, customs, and your local postal service.
Q: Can I track my order online?
All orders are shipped in tracked packages. When you place an order you should receive an automated email from us when the order is placed, shipped, and delivered. The email notifying you of when the order has shipped will contain tracking information.
Q: My package got lost in the mail / never arrived
Before contacting us about your order getting lost make sure you try contacting USPS or your local post office first and open a missing package case. Sometimes the package that is missing or marked delivered is being returned to sender (Nakama Pin). A delivery attempt could have been made but for some reason they may not have been able to leave the package. Make sure to ask neighbors if they have received your package by mistake. Contact us if you have tried opening a missing item case with USPS and it did not work. We will then see if we can do anything to help you.
If the package was returned to sender (Nakama Pin) due to a mistake with the postal service or incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for paying to send it again.
Q: I have two orders, can I get them as one shipment?
If you have two or more orders at the same time and neither has shipped yet, let us know and we can combine the orders into one package to ship and refund you the difference in shipping costs.
